Age Limit:
- OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as of 01.12.2021 (Should not have been born before 01.12.1979).
- SC/ST/BC Candidates should not have completed 47 years as of 01.12.2021. (Should not have been born before 01.12.1974).
- Ex-Servicemen and PHC Candidates should not have completed 50 years as of 01.12.2021 (Should not have been born before 01.12.1971).

The application fees should be paid by the way of Demand Draft only from SBI and UNION Banks in favor of Superintendent, HDS, Government General Hospital, Guntur payable at Guntur.
HOW TO APPLY:
The filled-in application is in duplicate along with a copy of all certificates and documents that are to be submitted through Register Post with Ack. Due or in person during the office hours from 01.12.2021 to 15.12.2021 by 5.00 PM in Government General Hospital, Guntur.
