Qualification:
Lab Technicians:
Inter Vocational MLT/DMLT/B.Sc. MLT Govt./Govt.reg. Institutions that are Registered in AP Paramedical Board Reorganization., up to date renewal.
Pharmacists:
D,Pharmacy /B.Pharmacy/ M.PharmacyGovt./Govt.reg. Institutions that are Registered in Pharmacy Council)., up to date renewal.
FNO (Female Nursing Orderly):
10th Class or Equivalent Qualification. First Aid Certificate from government recognized institute.
Sanitary Attender cum Watchman:
10th Class or Equivalent Qualification.
Age Limit:
Candidates, who have not crossed the age of ‘42’ years. Age relaxation for the upper age limit to those candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC is ‘5’ years and ‘3’ years for Ex-Servicemen/women and 10 years for Physically Challenged Persons up to a maximum of 52 years. The maximum age will be reckoned as 01.09-2021.
HOW TO APPLY:
Applications should be submitted in person duly enclosing the following certificates along with the application fee and the application form at O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Eluru from 21.11.2021 to 05.12.2021 on working days in working hours i.e., 10.30 AM to 5 PM.
