Qualifications:
Lab Technician:
Inter and DMLT/B.Sc MLT course from the Govt. recognized Institutions/Inter Vocational MLT with one-year Apprenticeship from Govt. Institution. Must be Registered in AP Para Medical Board with up to date renewal
Female Nursing Orderly:
10th Class or Equivalent Examination “Must have First Aid Certificate” from Govt. approved Institutions.
Sanitary Attender Cum Watchman:
10th Class or Equivalent Examination.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit is 42 Years. Age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with relaxation as applicable.
Application Fee:

The application fees should be paid by the way of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank, in favor of DM&HO, Nellore payable at Nellore.
HOW TO APPLY:
The filled-in application should be submitted in person duly enclosing the relevant certificates along with the application fee and the application form at O/o DISTRICT MEDICAL & HEALTH OFFICER, NELLORE from 22.11.2021 to 05.12.2021 by 5 PM on working days in working hours i.e 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM.
