Qualification & Experience:
Consultant-Pediatrics & Neonatal Service, SIHFW:
- MBBS with postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
- Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.
Consultant, Diagnostics:
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of Laboratory Management.
Consultant (Procurement & Supply Chain), NVBDCP:
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management with a minimum of 5 Years of experience in procurement and knowledge of procurement rules of State / Central Government /PSU
Consultant (Finance and Accounts):
- C.A/ I.C.W.A minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in handling financial matters in a reputed organization. Or
- C.A Inter/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in a reputed organization.
- Computer proficiency – MS Office & Tally.
- Excellence in verbal & written communication skills are essential.
M&E Consultant, NVBDCP:
- MBBS with a graduate Degree in Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Public Health from a Govt. recognized Medical College preferably with 2 years of experience in the area of specialization, of which at least 1 year should be preferably in a public health program. or
- MBBS from a Govt. recognized Medical College with 15 years and above experience in National Programme may also apply.
Consultant (NTCP):
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Management, Community Medicine, Public Health, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 3 years experience in the health sector Exposure to managing large-scale public health programs
- Demonstrated experience working with the government sector at the national/state level.
- Experience in tobacco control issues will be given preference.
Consultant (Quality Monitoring):
- Post Graduate Degree/advanced qualification in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics/ Master in Health Informatics (MBA Health Informatics)/ Master in Epidemiology (MPH epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
State Coordination Officer (Blood Cell):
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of Laboratory Management.
Programmer:
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in software development.
- Should have experience in software development using open Source Technology.
- Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/GIS-related application development.

Clinical Psychologist:
- Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology or Master of Philosophy in Medical Health and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
District Vector Borne Disease Consultant, NVBDCP:
- Post Graduate degree in Zoology/ Entomology/ Life Sciences with 5 years of work experience. For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must as one of the subjects at the graduate level.
- Experience in implementing vector control strategies.
- A minimum of 1-year experience working in a health program is desirable.
Finance cum Logistic Consultant:
- M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification from Govt. government-recognized institution.
- Well-versed with all the accounting procedures, bookkeeping practices, external and internal audits, and other necessary accounting norms.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office and other popular accounting software packages.
- Shall have a Diploma / Certificate in Computer from a recognized institution.
VBD Technical Supervisor (MTS):
- Graduate in Science from the Biology stream (or) Any Graduate with Science Subject in XII Class/HSSLC, in case the above science graduates are unavailable. (Candidates with Graduation in Science from the Biology Stream will be given preference during shortlisting)
- Candidates with experience in health sector programs in field works of a similar nature will be preferred as per period of service.
- Candidate should have a valid Two Wheeler Driving License.
Block Data Manager:
- Must have completed Graduation in any discipline and at least One Year Diploma in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ DOEAC ‘O’ Level or equivalent. or
- BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the relevant field in a reputed organization.
- Experience in working using MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend troubleshooting in computers, printers, and network connectivity.
Block Accounts Manager:
- B. Com with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in a relevant field.

Accountant, NTEP:
- Graduation in Commerce from Govt. recognized institution.

TB-HV, NTEP:

TB HIV PMDT Coordinator, NTEP:
- Graduation from Govt recognized institution.

Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS), NTEP:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Govt. a recognized institution. Or Recognized sanitary inspector’s course.

- Medical Graduate (MBBS) with three years of experience in the Health sector. Or

Dietician:
- B.A./B.Sc in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as a special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition.
- Candidates having higher qualifications and/or experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.
- Shall have a Diploma / Certificate in Computer from a recognized institution
Data Manager:
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience. Or
- In-service Block Data Manager with a Minimum of 5 years of engagement under NHM.
Record Keeper, NMHP:
- Graduation in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in mental health awareness activities
- Knowledge of Windows-based packages/applications.
Case Registry Assistant, NMHP:
- Higher Secondary with a minimum 1 year of work experience in mental health awareness activities
- Knowledge of Windows-based packages/applications.
ICU Technician:
- 10 + 2 Science Stream with a Diploma in ICU technology or B.Sc./Diploma in Critical Care Technology from Govt. a recognized Institute.
- Candidates having experience in ICU will be given preference.

OT Technician:
