Qualification & Experience NHM Assam Recruitment 2023:
Superintending Engineer (Civil):
- Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section A & Section B) in Civil Engineering from any recognized university
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, design, and execution of building works is essential.
- Experience in the construction of a Hospital/ Health facility is desirable.
- Retired persons of Government Departments from the rank of Executive Engineer (Civil) and above with sound health condition will be given preference.
Project Engineer (Civil):
- Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section A & Section B) in Civil Engineering from any recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in planning, design, and execution of building works is essential.
- Experience in the construction of a Hospital/ Health facility is desirable.
- Retired persons of Government Departments from the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and above with sound health condition will be given preference.
Assistant Engineer (Civil):
- Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section Section–B) in civil engineering from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 60 % Marks.
- Minimum 3 years experience in execution and supervision of construction works. Preference will be given to the persons having working experience in health sector organizations.
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution with a minimum aggregate of 60% Marks.
- Persons having a minimum of 3 years experience in building construction and fully convergent with measurement of building works including payment procedures.
- Retired persons from Govt. Department as Junior Engineer with the above experience and sound health condition may also take part.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
- Working knowledge of computers is preferable.
Consultant Training:
- MBBS Degree from Govt. a recognized institution
- MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/ Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
- Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training Health Professionals.
- For retired persons up to the age of 65 years of experience in Programme Management at National/ State or district leveling the field ofMCH/ O&G and Monitoring and evolution of the program.
- For retired persons up to the age of 65 years retired as senior faculty members in the Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialists in O&G from a hospital preferably with a Public Health or Health Administration background.
State Project Coordinator:
- MBBS Degree from Govt. a recognized institution.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Master’s or MD in Hospital Administration/Public Health/ Preventive and Social Medicine/Community Health Administration or MBA (Hospital Administration)
- Experience in the specialty.
- Experience in developing/implementing hospital/ health care standards.
- Experience of working in an organization for developing and operating accreditation structures in the country e.g. NABH, NABL, etc.
- Experience in handling legal issues
State Coordination Officer (Blood cell):
- MBBS Degree from Govt. a recognized institution/ Master’s Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management from Govt. a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work, and human resources.
- 3 years experience in Blood Services.
- Strong Communication and documentation skills in English.
- Experience in Govt. Sectors (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred.
Consultant, Diagnostics:
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of Laboratory Management.
Consultant-FPLMIS:
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
- Should have experience in software development using open Source Technology.
- Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/GIS-related application development.
State Consultant (Quality Assurance):
- MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be desirable.
- Training and experience in implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen/QA for Public Health Facilities (MoHFW, India) would be preferred.
Programmer/GIS Expert/Software Coordinator:
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in software development.
- Should have experience in software development using open Source Technology.
- Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/GIS-related application development.
Cashier:
- M.Com with knowledge of Tally accounting package
District Programme Manager, NPCB:
- B.E. / B. Tech. in Instrumentation/ Bio-Medical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele-Communitation or equivalent recognized university/ institution of India with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks preferably a minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the installation & maintenance of medical equipment and other related works.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office The selected candidate will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
Junior Engineer (Instrumentation):
- Diploma in Instrumentation/ Bio-Medical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electrical/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele-Communitation or equivalent from any recognized Polytechnic/ Institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% Marks and having a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience in the installation & maintenance of medical equipment and other related works.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office
- The selected candidate will have to travel extensively to different parts of the district.
District HR Coordinator:
- MBA (HR) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience in a relevant field.
- Candidates must have exposure to the performance management system, handling legal matters Database management, etc.
- Computer Proficiency: MS office.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
District Data Manager/District Data Manager (IDSP):
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience. Or
- In-service Block Data Manager with Minimum 5 years of engagement under NHM.
Early interventionist cum special educator:
- Post Graduate degree in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) with a basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/ Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) Or
- Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEL) with a basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathology (ASLP).
Psychiatrist Social Worker:
- Post Graduate Degree from Govt. a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of Post qualification work experience in mental health or psychiatric social work.
- Having a Diploma / Certificate in Computers from a recognized institution.
State Programme Coordinator, CPHC:
- Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
- Diploma/ Master in Public Health/ Community Health Administration.
- At least 2 years experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programmes in Non-Communicable Diseases/HWC.
- Working knowledge of operating computers and internet usage.
Consultant (NCD Pool):
- Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
- Diploma/ Master in Public Health/Community Health Administration.
- At least 2 years experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programmes.
- Working knowledge of operating computers and internet usage.
