Qualification:
- Medical PG Degree (MD/MS) in concerned specialty from MCI recognized Medical Institution/Autonomous Institution. Or
- Medical Diploma (DNB/Diploma) in concerned specialty/Department from a recognized Medical Institution/Hospital.
Age Limit:
Not exceeding 45 yrs as of 25.10.2021/26.10.2021
HOW TO APPLY:
Candidates shall bring the Originals plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, Educational qualifications certificates/mark sheets from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience certificate (If any), Proof of age (Matriculation certificate/Admit Card), caste/Category certificate (in case of OBC & EWS candidate, OBC/EWS certificate in updated govt of India format to be submitted), 2 recent size photographs.
