Qualification:
Senior Residents:
MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in concerned specialty from Government recognized universities/colleges.
Senior Residents (GDMO):
MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in concerned specialty from Government recognized universities/colleges.
Full/Part Time Contractual Specialists:
PG Degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with minimum 3 years Experience after acquiring PG Degree.
Full/Part Time Contractual Super Specialists:
DM/DNB in concerned specialty with 03 years of experience.
Application Fee:
Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheques payable in favor of ESI Fund A/C No. 1 payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
HOW TO APPLY:
The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State Registration, Category & Experience certificate, etc, and two recent passport size photographs.
Applicants are advised to report to the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad (Gujrat) on the dates of the interview up to 11 AM.
