Qualification:
A Degree in Arts/Science or Commerce from a University recognized by the Govt, of Assam or H.S.S.L.C with 3 (three) a years Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute of Govt, of Assam/Govt. of India and also duly recognized by AICTE.
Age Limit:
The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as of 01.01.2024.
The upper age limit is relaxable:
- By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. up to 43 years.
- By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e. up to 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25tt April 2018.
- For Ex-Servicemen, the maximum age shall be 50 (Fifty) years as of 0110112024 for the Unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 (Three) years for oBC/MOBC candidates and 5 (Five) years for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 48/2009/84 Dated 19th December, 2022.
